There is a cheap tin can quality to this building.
It looks like it's 10 years old. I really don't understand how it turned out so bad. Units are nice enough inside but for Yorkville prices I'd be looking somewhere else.
I don't think it cares. You're giving it way too much rope here...The podium was the only hope here and it doesn't even align with the datum of historical Yorkville's old houses. What is this project even trying to be?
