I don't think the hot weather has anything to do with this. We had some rather warm summers the last 2-3 years. Don't remember this many under construction homes catching fire.

The damage of the townhouse fire is gone (hopefully they will rebuild) and in the third photo they started another building. (September 24, 2023)

From a few days ago. Was progressing very quickly through October and November but has slowed quite a bit since mid December.

February 13 - Street lights are up and on, work on interiors is progressing quickly. Not sure what the plan is with the block that burned back in August but it's just the foundation as of now, I'm guessing they're using all their resources to get most people moved in as quickly as possible before they start rebuilding the last block across the front there.

Unit 35 is currently listed for sale at 1.4 million. Here are some pics from realtor.ca, mind you the finishes (specifically the carpet) would've been selected by the owner

Looks like most of the units have people in them now. Cars in driveways, lights turning on and off at night, people coming and going, etc.
