Approved at City Council! Unfortunately it will just be a matter of time that gentrification hits the Flemington Park Neighbourhood at a rapid pace. A lot of crime and gangs in that specific neighbourhood which the affluent and millennials moving in will just not tolerate. Expect many more of these projects once the Ontario Line is financially closed as it is expected to go through this area.
