FINALLY. That’s been parked at the back of the site for over a week and I’ve been driving by each day with nothing happening. Glad we get to watch this move along now

Is that… what I think it is…?!! The shoring rig has FINALLY arrived on site! I’m excited to start seeing action on this site after it sat pretty stagnant for nearly a year

About time I’ve been passing by the site every other day and haven’t seen anything happening. Hopefully once they start construction it’ll move along nicely. I’m doubtful they’ll complete this by June of 2025 at this rate though

Work is finally progressing nicely! They’re nearly done slab on grade, with forms & electrical being worked on for the next floor.

Curious to see how long it’ll take them to get to grade with their current pace

Just got an email from the developer… The tentative occupancy date has changed from June 2025 to October 2026. I don’t understand how a building as small as this can take THAT long
