The Don Roadway is moving along with visible progress. Taken 7 May.

Taken 31 August. As this district seems the furthest along as far as non-park projects I will put these here. The Don Roadway is progressing as is the southern edge of Lakeshore East which now has an open sidewalk that was surprisingly busy. The lot on the east side of the Don Roadway is being paved. Parking/storage?

There is to be a public meeting in May for this district that will be done in three phases.

15 Saulter Street South was approved by council March 2026
280 Commissioners Street Appeal to the OLT in November 2025
120 Bouchette Stree saw a settlement in October 2025
