I was there at almost exactly same time and noticed that they appear to have painted the window frames along Victoria Street and were working on those along Shuter, behind the netting. I remain puzzled at why they have not cleaned the external brickwork (yet??) but things are clearly progressing. I hope they get it totally enclosed before winter arrives. Does anyone know their updated schedule?

I could be wrong - the bricks along the Shuter passerelle seem to have been cleaned.

They have just removed the 'shroud' so one can see the original building. It does not look to me as though any of it has been washed off and I am not sure they have painted the woodwork yet (though it's hard to tell.)

Ideally they will finish the outside before winter so the sidewalks get back to normal.
 
Some pics from this morning, you can see the new (or restored) windows plus in last picture of the east side you can see they are installing the vertical glass "things'. Interesting to see they have not washed off the brickwork and I wonder if they have decided not to do so. Hard to see but there is also lighting on the 'ledge' just above the Massey Music Hall sign (and maybe elsewhere too.

They cite cleaning and restoration of the exterior masonry as one of their "Key architectural restorations" on their website so maybe it hasn't started yet. Very strange to me that they are enclosing the atrium on the side before doing any brick cleaning
 
I think they might (?) have cleaned it - and chose to have gone with light cleaning.

The brick was a lot darker then - it got an almost orange terracotta tone to it now.
