They broke a tunnel through into the station, so you will be able to access from MaRS directly. However, the building locks down at night and on weekends, and permitting large volumes of the public through would probably present a security problem. As it stands, MaRS is remarkably secure, and needs to be given the cost of research infrastructure inside.

Pic taken Mar 20, 2012 whilst at the Toronto General Hospital for a Liver transplant consultation. My living donor was disqualified the next day for health safety reasons. So I'll be taking pics a little while longer.
