Bloordale is starting to feel like part of a big city. I may have some qualms about the architecture we're getting here, but I'm genuinely excited for the liveliness that ~4000 new neighbours will bring to my neighbourhood.

Looks like block D (building behind / above Kent school) is about to top out.
It’s early days but I’m very happy with the cladding and windows that we’re seeing. Minimal spandrel, varying brick and precast colours block to block, and robust blocky massing.

Yes, I also had to double check a couple of times to make sure I didn't click on the Mirvish Village thread. As that latest update perspective had me thinking of Bathurst & Bloor initially!
