I'm feeling unnatural sensations toward this building, I love it so much.

My only quibble is that the top askew bit seems a bit too short and out of proportion. I wish it was one or maybe two floors higher, just to make the effect more pronounced. Also, is that windowall on the north elevation crooked, or is that an artifact of the photo? It looks like it has a couple of wicked unintentional kinks in it.

The top two floors are not a perfect U - the east side, and part of the north, are on an angle, while the west side if parallel to Market Street. The modified U, of course, has its opening at the south end.

did a walk through of the condo this weekend and took some pics

the windows were dirty and the podium units floors 2-4 were locked so the views are from floors 5 and 6

I understand what you're saying to a certain extent. The original plan was for the tower to be higher but they had to cut back. Even still, every time I look at the current renderings I'm very impressed. Could it be better? Well, that was the plan. But it's still going to be a stellar looking building and will proportionately be just fine. Not saying you don't have a point. You do.

Any idea what the plans are for it? If I recall correctly it'll be a green roof, right? I think the townhomes in the sky will have little backyards and then it'll be a green roof in the middle. I hope it'll be a space that everyone can use and townhome residents won't feel that other residents are in their "backyards".
