I LOVE this shot. Great contrast between the wider Telus and ACC buildings and the slim MLS point towers.

The pale green section at the top looks horrible. What were they thinking?

That section was always meant to be a sort of continuation of the slash of constrasting colour in the balconies, among other things (I would imagine there are some mechanical elements stowed away in there). I remember sharing your sentiments at one point, but for some reason I'm over it. I realize it verges on seafoam, but I don't think it looks half bad in concert with the balconies.

Even without the plum, mulberry, or gold highlights, I'm good with the milky green boxes. Although it obviously it's not for everyone, I think the photos above shows this all works nicely.

Few quick notes.

1) The main foyer area is open. I went for a stroll last night. Feels very nice.
2) Interesting is that the map has a PATH connection underground (Where the Longos is). I think this is the future connection to ICE
3) Also, the PATH sign has been put up inside ACC (the pedestrian walk way)
4) The new Bar and Grill is going to be MASSIVE. Also, Longos based on the map looks huge too.

In those pictures with the escalator, it reminds me of a mall from the 1980s! Not classy at all.

went for my first look at the inside today... was a little disappointed. i had hoped there would be more of a "mall" feeling where people would go to hang out. but instead it feels more... not sure what the word is... corporate... sterile? maybe the stores/restuarants/bank are too big. i would've rather seen smaller spaces with more variety in retail. perhaps a coffee shop... variety store... smaller bars... there's a couple empty spots so hopefully there'll be some variety in retail. maybe some small kiosks type businesses would be helpful. as a owner there, i like the finish and quality of the building... but as it stands now, i can't see any reason for people to venture inside the retail space unless they're looking to buy a jersey or eat or empty their wallets. was really hopeing for more streetscape but it seems lacking... bummer.

That is so UT....two consecutive posts....one criticizes the project for being too mall like and the very next quote criticizes it for not being mall-like enough!!!

It is why you have to love this place!!!!

I parked today in the public lot, since it was open :) took some random shots of the place.
I'm confused now, where do residents park? is there a separate entrance that is not from Bremmner?

The place looks a little barren right now, but it's okay, these are just sneak peaks!

Can't wait to move in. Any other residents here?

Been a while since I looked at the plans but I do not beleive there is a separate entrance but that the residents do park on lower floors......so the public eventually finds a level that they cannot access and below that it is tenant parking.
