Well, the excavation never hit bedrock so was comparatively easy to do so once they decided to move ahead they really had no excuse not to 'get it done'. Once their 'foundation raft' is completed I assume they will work quite fast actually building too.

One thing I've been wondering: is aA working solely as the AoR (aAAoR?) on all the buildings, or did they serve as design architects on the tallest of the three (below)?
