The walkway between the two western most buildings is open. They have installed a berm on the south side that looks like it will be covered in grass. Taken 3 August.

I wonder if they’re ever going to move forward with construction of Block 20 now that this is done. Perhaps they’re waiting until after block 3, 4 & 7 wrap up.
