4200 sqft would be very tiny for a grocery store. Even small Urban Market type shops are usually 12,000sqft or larger.

A small Rabba would fit though they target 6000 sqft for new locations (considered the ideal size).

a building that looks exactly like (if not better than) the renderings.......what a concept! i kind of wish they were taller

i hope that 125R Mill (Block 20) construction starts soon, so the public spaces in this block can be realized soon than later. does anyone know when Block 20 construction will start??
