It's shaping up really nice... really makes me happy. I love how, at ground level, you can see that it'll act as a continuation of the Distillery District.

I kind of wish each building had gotten a different brick colour just to mix things up a bit. In other words, same brick treatment, different colour. Otherwise, I've got no complaints.

This isn’t public housing, this is private rental housing, of which, something like 20% are affordable (80% of market rate) and the rest are market rental.

This isn't public housing, it's a rental building of which 30% of units will be rented below market rents. 70% of units are still market rate.

If this is the standard we can reach with 30% of the units subsidized it's a model we need to replicate. This looks very good.

Wow what a statement these make from the train - I'm really eager to get a look at the tower precast for these, especially those fluted / scalloped / convex panels on the two cobe buildings. Once block 20 starts this is going to be quite the cluster of density.
