Not exactly my cup of tea but for this location it's probably alright. Also not as offensive as the Palace of Versailles wannabe just south of here:

That glassy back, quite a reasonable one I should say, lends the impression that the building with its neo-Georgian street frontage, will be wearing a false front the way that buildings lining main streets in towns in the Old West were designed to look more impressive than they actually were. Not that this will be the first building in town to have a different treatment at the back—in fact it's typical that the rear is given less attention architecturally—and therefore here the modern look can be equated to that typical drop in quality. I wish this building were not saying that, but it is.

Grumble.

First timer here - I think the building looks quite classic. I find the modern glass rear tasteful but also purposeful, it takes advantage of the incredible skyline view this building will have. I would want the floor to ceiling glass if I lived there.
