Sure, but you have to compare like with like. Precons at B/Y, or anywhere else in the core, will be much higher than 1,200-1,300 psf. Or were.
Resales around MCC were running well under 1,000 psf if I remember correctly.

I've seen some designs recently where 2 towers share a number but are split A and B just because they share a podium, which those two towers do as of that rendering. I'm not an expert on tower numbering sciences though...

It seems some preliminary clearing of the site is taking place.

They are clearing more dirt from the site while another crew is working on site infrastructure in the foreground ( I assume water mains and sewage lines.)

Excavation progress is quite noticeable now. More than one level has been dug on the north side.
