M3 was always planned as the tallest so indeed, don't hold your breath.

M5 is most likely to be somewhere in the area of 21-30s, as it was indicated in the rezoning for M3, M4, and what is presumably M5.

Great is a stretch...maybe once the trees and landscaping ages a bit. Though I'm of the opinion these big podiums are a little monotomous and well, not ideal.
