Application going to April 19 Planning and Development to have H Holding removed not only for M3, but also for M4, M5 as well building 2 new streets and a private Rd. M5 is for 21-30 and M4 at 67. The removal of H foe M3 will allow foundation work to start.

I guess they are getting ready in anticipation of getting their permits next week.

I'd say 6 Months. A pretty typical timeline for start digging down to building back up is 1 year. (Obviously not all are the same, but around 1 year).

No, it is part of a huge new water main project that runs along Burnhamthorpe from Dixie.
If you look at google maps/sat view you will see few of them along Burnhamthorpe, like Duke of York, Hurontario, Cawthra, etc.

Here is something I have not seen being done with other buildings. It looks like they are creating a base for a crane that I assume will run aside the building (most likely the podium.)
