The crane was gone when I saw the tower on my way home tonight with the jib lowering something. Odd not seeing the cranes in the skyline today, but will be replace by a few more late 2023 and 2024 on.

The canyon will get tall in the next decade as well more compact.

M3 will start showing its head seen from the east somewhere around July over top of M1 & M2

I'm on the 7th floor of M2 and got a final tentative occupancy date of Nov 15, 2023. That's quite the disparity.

Yes that is a big date range. Is the exterior construction elevator beside your suite?

No idea, not sure how I'd find that out.
I did call the MCitycondos office to confirm this timeline and they reiterated that this fits with what they're hearing as well.

The construction elevator is in the middle of the south side of the building so if you have the floor layout and the position of your unit within the floor you could tell if the elevator is attached to it.

We being trying to get over there for the past few years with no luck until this year.

Late this year, the Exchange tower's will break the skyline and should see M3 as it grows as well. Need more tall towers to the east other than Absolute towers. OR/Edge tower will be seen in 2024

It's a long way from the Shore
