It is the same image, not Photoshopped, but updated. None of the towers west of the first one were designed yet—they're all considered placeholders. As more towers are designed, the placeholders will be replaced with them.

Heard today that the sales office will be moving by the end of the month, presumably to make way for construction of Phase 1. No other details so far....
