It's kinda funny. I walk around the city all the time and lately I've been quietly contacting 311 about many an issue. The workers at Lakeshore Blvd East and Don Roadway put up temporary bike lane lights and on December 20th, I walked by to find one of them blown over by the wind.

I suggested they put more than 3 sandbags on the base. I have not been by again yet to see if they fixed it. I imagine they have fixed it but it was literally blocking the bike lane completely at that time.

^Thanks! I wonder if this is for one of the public facilities earmarked for the park such as the library or rec centre?
