Pinnacle Centre, not Pinnacle One Yonge, seemed to have a power outage last night, the whole tower was blacked out. The parking lot (which is overground) had flashing lights. I have pictures but I’ll post them later probably on the Pinnacle One Yonge thread.

So that they can exit downtown via a flooded Union Station, or a flooded DVP/Bayview, or a Flooded Lakeshore Blvd West!

It’s summer, let the workers swim or something. They can have a beach at work.

CIBC Square? Didn’t see any power out last night, as I saw the light on top still powered on, and no flashing emergency lights. Could be out today, but I can’t tell.

When I saw Pinnacle out last night, there were no outages reported. That quickly changed…

@Bibi L is correct. The tech overall is very energy efficient, but does rely, in part on pumps, including those within a building

No, but I suspect given the water source for cooling is tied to the drinking water system there would be backup (so far as the source of cooling is concerned).
