Thanks for the nice picture.. this building is going to be very nice. a mix variety of material... the rich red brick that matches the brick warehouse down the street. The Designer at Burka Architects sure did a nice job on it!

who is the architect? Is there a Mr. Burka?

It would be wonderful if that parking is filled with a midrise, about the height of the Novotel, continuing the colonnade around the bend. Also, shamelessly historicist is nice here;)

Hi,
I just joined the forum and I'm happy owner of an unit in the London on the Esplanade project.
Just wondering, how many people here are also an owner?

Ahh Lovely! A 'happy' owner.

I see you have not:

A. Had your options meeting with the builder yet.
B. Have had your meeting, but required absolutely no upgrades whatsover.
C. One of those rare interesting individuals who is into pain and is quite prepared to pay handsomely for a professional working over.

I'm just wondering also.. Are you looking for 'happy' owners or just owners?

also..WELCOME!

from an owner of a unit at London on the Esplanade:)

you had to ask didn't you ? haha ... nonetheless, welcome to UT

I am also an owner. While I have rolled my eyes at the 3 months it took to come to a somewhat reasonable resolution to my decorating wishes, I try to tell myself that I've made enough on the unit already to pay for these irritants :)

I just keep hoping for occupancy by next spring.
