Will it, though? Unlike in past subway projects, it seems overhead Hydro is not being buried along Eglinton as part of the Crosstown construction. I find this pretty incredible - what other city in the world wouldn't take the opportunity ? - but there you go. I don't assume Queen/Carlaw would be any different.
