Just a guess, but there's an awful lot of concrete spatter down that wall. They might've had an accident up above, so they would've had to rig a stage and clean the glass so that it didn't wind up etched.

There's quite a few pipes like that scattered throughout the city, and hopefully it won't be long before city hall realizes they're an opportunity for some artistic creativity.

*when the camera was approaching the CBD from the north, I was like, "wait for it... wait for it" in anticipation for Trump close-up, then!--- 'pans to CN Tower'... :( ... what a block...

Spotted something that would've made for a terrific picture: a yellow ladder at the ground floor along University, whose angle echoed that of the "crease" in the facade...
