Yep, no permits required if you're not messing with HVAC, plumbing, structural, or life safety.

I noticed they had the big electrical cabinet open in @ADRM 's pic.

But, of course, that doesn't mean they were doing anything in there that required a permit.

This looks like Bianca's poor cousin.
It’s not good by any stretch, but I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised. It’s fairly simple, the window wall isn’t horrible, and the precast sections are actually pretty solid. That’s a remarkably more competent combination of outcomes than one would expect from RioCan and TF.

Also, it’s looking like the ground floor might shape up better here than at Bianca (which looks to be inexcusably bad at the latter).
