Recent article on that house which was built in 1887, and received Heritage Designation in December:

Main Street heritage house ready to move on up to the north side of condo building site

February 22, 2021

The historic house on Main Street, just southwest of Danforth Avenue, is preparing for a move north this week.

The house at 292 Main St. is on the City of Toronto’s Heritage Property List and was built in 1887.

It is being moved approximately 80 feet north and a few feet east of its present location in order to make room for the Linx condominium project.

The moving of the house is slated to begin sometime between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23, weather permitting.

Photos from February 21st, 2021:

This first one shows both the supports needed for moving the home (not underneath it); and also the new foundation:

Here though, we see the house is on most or all of the supports it will need:

It's really cool how we can pick up and move entire houses. Can someone give me a cliffsnotes of how its done?

Wow. That's quick. And given that there's only two levels of underground parking this looks we'll be seeing a crane maybe by the end of April? This thing could realistically be out of the ground by end of summer.

They sure did a number on Stephenson Avenue. It's like riding the Minebuster at Wonderland. Was there any agreed upon upgrades with the City to the weird access point off Main Street through their Site Plan?

It is referenced, in the cover letter from April of this year:

I believe it remains up the City to greenlight the option, but it has been designed and costed.

185k, give or take, with some exclusions.

Didn't see the design itself.

Crane is now up. From Tribute's IG:
