I think I tagged the correct building thread as shot from The Esplanade +~100m last night.

Red brick building in the background is possibly NE corner of Kennedy Station at Eglinton.

I did a walk along a segment of the Meadoway today and decided to walk down Warden to the Station.

In the process, got a few of this site, taken Sept 2nd, 2024:

The semblance of any form of urbanity on that stretch of Warden is a marvel already.

Not really a retail strip.

I live in the area and pass through here often. It must do OK business otherwise it would have been gone.

More often than not, the locals will go to Golden Mile as it has more of whay they need.

I forgot this project was here, I thought this was in Etobicoke!
I came by here for some geocaching, and was shocked to see this here, as I recall this being a field years ago.

It's not a great design by any means, but it's a great start in urbanizing Warden...something I never thought would start to happen.
