Toronto Liberty Place | ?m | 32s | CanAlfa | IBI Group

It is still a parking lot. I believe the underground parking structure will be shared with Liberty On The Park and they are being built together. I saw workers taking down the signs in the parking lot on Monday. My guess is that digging will start whenever they finally remove the parking payment machine.

Mods - CanAlfa add in the current NewCondoGuide (page 69) says this is a 32 storey building, with 30th and 31st floors just released.

AHK - barring more detailed info, like an entry in the Toronto Development Application database, the title will continue with 29 storeys. The problem is that if you skip floor numbers 13, 14, and 24 when setting suite numbers, you get penthouses on the 32nd floor of a 29 storey building.

I'm not saying it wasn't passed, but where are the minutes that would tell us whether it passed or not?

Hoarding has gone up around the entire site for Liberty Place and Liberty on the Park. Looks like construction will be starting anytime now.

I'm glad to see these buildings will have some retail. There might be some hope for Liberty Village after-all. East Liberty Street is the main street through the district and it should be the focal point of retail, restaurants and culture.

They have the east hole clean now to the point they can start the foundation work.

Using tram dump trucks for this project 100% is a first for any projects I have seen over the years. They remove more material faster than the standard trucks.
