I think the architecture is bland and generic and non descript for all those 3 buildings
 
It's OK, for example the buildings next to these ones in the Playground development has much more interesting architecture
 
I'll give you more interesting forms. I usually don't find more interesting forms and/or vivid colours are enough. This is one of those times.

This one is looking pretty solid so far. The material composition is quite positive, including the white framing.
 
This area is doing very well in the City of Toronto's contest for creating the most "visually depressing and dull neighborhood".

Nevertheless, this is probably one of the better builds in this neighbourhood that lacks in just about every other thing.
 
From the clean grid pattern to the relatively well done window wall, this is shaping up rather nicely. Also a bit better than its fraternal twin to its north IMO.
