I'm trying to figure what they are gonna build on this empty bulldozed land , which already contains a construction office trailer on it , between Rexdale blvd. and Triple Crown Ave on queens plate drive , right across from woodbine mall

some freehold townhomes would be nice , keeping my first time homer buyer fingers crossed on this one

maybe someone oh here is smart enough to figure this out , where to search for city records on this matter

My guess would be condos or townhomes. Why don't you knock on the construction trailer and ask?

The outline you have (south one) next to the high rises was purchased by: ROYAL LASER DEVELOPMENT INC Under Power of Sale last July.

Its approved for 17 storeys - 126 Units

Not the best quality - but this is what I have of it
