Appeals Report to have staff attend OLT in opposition to this proposal is coming to the next meeting of NYCC:

A quick skim suggests that staff few this as too much intensification for the site, but they tend to focus more on issues with vehicular access (they want it off the side street rather than Lawrence, which is a sensible ask), they note the absence of a Wind Report which is requires for buildings greater than 6s, and have a variety of other smaller concerns.

There is no suggestion of the 22s noted by @Paclo above.

This one is before Council next week in the form of a confidential Settlement Offer.

While the offer itself is confidential, Revised Plans dated October '24 are public.

Interesting. Intensification has increased & vehicle access remains on Lawrence. Based on the boxy design, don't see any wind mitigation. Makes one wonder why it was opposed in the first place?
