Interesting 3 storey laneway project on Bartlett Avenue near Dufferin and Bloor. There's a boiler factory in the laneway between Gladstone and Bartlett that's being converted into condo townhouses. I was at the community meeting for this a couple of weeks ago....

Yes - indeed.

An "adaptive reuse" project, or in other parlance a "contemporary intervention".

This small development will be called Lanehouse, and is by the same team behind Edition Richmond and Annex Loft Houses on Dupont. Quite a jewel of a property - discretely tucked away on a laneway.

A rather interesting former factory is being converted here for lane house living in a project called… Lanehouse. Located at 50 Bartlett Avenue north of Bloor, AUDAXarchitecture is designing the project for Curated Properties, best known for Edition Richmond now under construction. There are a number of renderings in our dataBase file linked above.

This thread reminds me: is there a UT thread that serves as a compendium of all completed/under construction/proposed laneway houses in the city? If not, anyone know of a compendium of that sort elsewhere?
