Drove by the site this morning. All buildings removed (MGI Apparently), and the site is cleared. No equipment on site.
Also, across Dixie, again at the east corner of Dixie and Lakeshore, this site is also cleared. No equipment seems to be on Site.
And driving down Lakeshore, with its wide roadside verges (especially to the south aside), I cannot but think...streetcar....streetcar...streetcar all the way to Port Credit. But Doug Ford would probably insist that it be tunneled through PC so perhaps not.

To my limited understanding of this is that there is a sales gap between demo and shoring/excavation prep where developers wait for potential buyers to fill their coffers until they have more funds to proceed with the project. And a sales office might be erected on site during that time to encourage such filling of said coffers...presuming this is not all a rental.
