Hey, at least we can see the Humber College Parking lot is getting excellent usage (just like i said it wouldnt) with the 1 car that's parked there!

That vacant plot is set to be a new park. Construction is set to start this spring:

Could have been a whole new node for New Toronto had they mirrored the height of the 90's co-op already there and thrown in some retail/ But no, copy paste townhouses
