Hmm this building IS getting kinda tall without any cladding at all no? It looks ... naked.
 
I don't think I've ever seen 1 KW look so thin!
 
Thanks for the shots. Beautifully captured a lot of projects going on. And where some of the more interesting ones will be in the future. Great for those doing any renders if they have your permission to use them that is.
 
The L Tower is using a hybrid of curtain wall and window wall at various locations on the building, and it's being manufactured by one of the largest companies in this industry in the world, so it's kind of shocking to hear about these problems. I do know someone involved specifically in this aspect of L Tower, but he's being rather hush-hush about it all.
 
The is still so much space still to be developed east of Yonge, between Lakeshore Blvd & Queens Quay. With 70s - 80s buildings west of Yonge being proposed along this strip, I wonder if we're going to see a string of 70s -80s east of Yonge, eventually?
