Demolition of the old Starbucks building/sales centre has begun. For the past few weeks there has also been work being done along Aukland but don't know if that's related to this or if the city or another party is doing some unrelated work. Either way, progress on the site.

Here's hoping we see some sort of rework of Dundas in the medium term to address pedestrian safety and flow of traffic.

Forgot to post last Friday about the demo that had has started on the old coffee place and rumble tonight.

Waterline is being built across the road for the site.

Looks like according to the company's social media, they have begun the ground breaking process!

Pulling the above mentioned post. Apparently 6-Aug and 10:30 am was the groundbreaking ceremony. Haven't had a chance to go by the area recently so can't speak to any onsite updates.

Would anyone know how many units they have sold and what their average sale price was? Pleasantly surprised to see a developer moving ahead with construction during this troubled market

I passed by here this morning and they are about one level below ground. Etobicoke City Centre is booming!

Shot the site and they are at the bottom of the 3 level for parking. Once they finish forming of the hole as well anchoring, construction of the foundation will get underway in November.

With the hole away from where the retraining wall used to be, it will allow for a long over due wide sidewalk, but TTC and the city needs to do their part by removing the rest of the retraining wall and widen the existing sideway to match the new one to the south as well to the north.
