Quite a nice project overall, despite the jarring contrast of the non-curved glass. I like the muted pops of colour in the recessed balconies. Touching on the previous conversation about the general area, Kingston from Vic Park to Birchmount is one of my favourite parts of the city. Urban enough but close to some of Toronto's most beautiful natural spaces. Scarborough Heights Park and the stretch of the bluffs below it is very underused compared to Bluffers Park and feels absolutely serene many days.

Sadly I moved from the city a few years back, but if I can ever return it'd be somewhere along Kingston east of VP.

As far as long expansive midrises go, this is a respectable one with a solid streetwall presence.

An aerial view from this listing. Appears like the remaining two retail units are now occupied, with Wellbe Family Wellness taking the east corner unit and F45 beside it.
