Another infill development on Brampton's Queen Street East Corridor, near Bramalea City Centre and Chinguacousy Park, on the site of a closed gas station and nightclub. There would be 704 apartment units within 2 towers, mostly one bedroom units. Martinway previously had contracts with Peel Region to build affordable housing units in Brampton.
