For those outside of Hamilton, it can’t be understated how much of an effect the reopening of Hughson St. and the south sidewalk of King William will have on the streetscape of the King William corridor. It’s basically the main restaurant strip in downtown Hamilton and it’s about to get like 30% bigger. Just for perspective here’s a Google maps screenshot, and everything is a minimum 4.5 star with hundreds to thousands of reviews.

Here’s the view from King William. The condo meets the street well and there’s retail/restaurant space.
