Does anyone else feel like this is moving very slowly? Dont get me wrong, progress is progress and I love it, but looking at other large projects, their underground sections seemed to go much faster....

considering completion is around 2022 or 2023... and the building isn't going to be very tall.... I wouldn't expect massive progress at the beginning?

2022 is a push it looks like. 2023 more probably.

I bought a unit and was told last month to expect the build to be completed the end of 2023.
