Hmm, ....Id say, its nice and a great addition to a pretty average area
just look at the pic above (#529) of the hood, and see if there is anything that compares

Uhh, seriously? The SAS Building, 501 King St E (TCHC building), East Lofts, The Modern on Richmond, and any one of the circa 19th century commercial and warehouse buildings perhaps? With the exception of a couple unfortunate parking lots and Staples, most of the architecture in the area is quite superior.
 
We appear to be getting another bank here - on King Street side.
