I love the vertical lines of this building. I wish we had more of that instead of all the horizontal balcony glass we seeing going up. One of the best new projects and my favourite so far in the Humber cluster.

I don't know how these people are going to make a left-hand turn onto Park Lawn during morning rush hour with no lights, it's already crazy there in the mornings, and this area is probably going to double or more in the coming years.

Once Westlake Encore is built they'll be a road connecting both Key West building to the Westlake traffic light.

Wow! I can't believe how this building turned out. With it's jagged slim tall look and the angled mechanical roof top. The colours of the facade also make this building stand out.

It's been a long wait, hopefully people can move in soon.
People have been in for a while: I got honked at by an impatient driver wanting into the garage while taking that photo above. I must have kept her waiting 5 to 6 seconds.
