I always seem to miss the crane movements 
Are these things published in advance somewhere???
So, I was doing a flyby on Monday and you can clearly see that the base has not been poured yet. How is it possible this thing has cured enough in just a few days?

I think concrete cures pretty quickly. It's safe to work on in as little as 10 hours, I believe.
