Curious to see what retail will take hold here. Extend the vibrant Junction strip!

A Boxcar Social type cafe, a taproom for craft brewery located off site, and a buzz worthy eatery or delicatessen would be nice.

Just my Tuesday afternoon day dreaming at work. :)
 
An over-hyped project imo. Other than the neon sign I don't really see what makes it stand out to people.
The design is generic but generic only works when it's well-detailed.
I honestly just like that it's simple. Too many new condos/apartments try to do too much with too little. If your budget for cladding is low, simplify. Don't try to use 5 materials and have shaped and figures that require detailed design work to implement well.

It's simple, and will fade into the background in 10 years, not stick out like a sore thumb.
