I walked by the site this evening.

The current small "mobile home" type building on the eastern portion of the site has had its exterior painted and it's clear the interior is being finished as a sales centre/office with MS logos and building renderings in various stages of attachment. A reception desk has been installed.

The parking lot had also had its surface improved. I suspect sales will start in the near future.

It was too dark or I'd have snapped a photo.

Because at the Council meeting just past, Council Approved a settlement offer here.

This one has had a hair cut from 14s to 12s

The new rendering is updated in the database! There are some changes in the project information. The total unit count decreased from 325 units to 284 units. The building storey count decreased also from 14 storeys to 12 storeys. Total building height decreased from 52.00m to 42.6m. Finally, the total parking spaces dropped from 213 parking spaces to 209 parking spaces.

The rendering is taken from the architectural plan via Site Plan approval:
