Oxford Properties breaks ground on C$825 million business park development in Milton

James Snow Business Park: 3, 2 & 2-storey office buildings and 11 light industrial warehouses designed by Stantec for Oxford Properties Group (operating as "OPG Derry Green Lands Inc") on the lands east of James Snow Parkway South, west of Fifth Line and south of Derry Road in Milton's Derry Green area.

I don't believe this image is of this development:

I believe it's for Oxford's Riverbend business park in Burnaby, and is of the one of the first "2-storey" warehouses in Canada.
