Yes, it's looking good. Too bad Etobicoke City Centre isn't seeing a fraction of the architectural creativity that the Humber Bay area is set to realize.

Etobicoke has the Kingsway strip. ECC is an afterthought of urban planning.

Here's the view from Beyond the Sea of the Jade Waterfront site. Shots were taken by me on 2011.11.25.
The property is the one with the hoarding just beyond the closed motel with the yellow sign, running down to the lake.

Wonder whats in store for that corner...gas station south...i bet you, it wont be long before we hear about another development.
I'm not certain exactly which property you mean AG, but…
South of the Esso station is a sort-of quarter circle of land which is owned by the City and is supposed to remain parkland. East of both that land and the gas station is Eau du Soleil, then Jade. East of Jade there are a couple of spots that we don't know the plans for yet, and then you get Ocean Club, then Lago, then Waterways, then Nautilus and Waterscapes which are under construction now of course. (The Waterways sales office - blue walls - and the Lago one beside it are not on the same sites as where those buildings are going in.)

It's evident that the Ocean Club sales office is now moved to the Jade site. I'm assuming Jade purchased the sales office to utilize it, especially
when two of their competitions have their sales office conveniently on site.

Yeah right. Toronto has a history of filling in their waterfront. I could easily see another 50,000 units built in the area over the next 50 years....
