From last Saturday. Looks like the LCBO interior is mostly complete. Longo's windows are still papered over.

I don't mean to be rude or anything but, gosh, that spandrel box on top, from this angle at least, is gross.

Probably the most beautiful LCBO in the province:

During my walk on St Clair West that evening I noticed that, interestingly, the busiest areas in terms of how crowded the sidewalks and patios were, were those further West, especially between Oakwood and Bathurst. I was happily surprised to see that many people hanging out and walking around. As dense as the stretch between Bathurst and Yonge can be, the lack of retail is definitely perceivable and has a negative impact on the streetlife. To be honest, it was almost gloomy and felt more like it was 2AM rather than 8PM...

That is a top contender for nicest LCBO. But the Summerhill Station LCBO is hard to beat! Nice pics :) Such a beautiful original lobby space.

The retail is probably the best and nicest amenity of the building.
This building would have been so much nicer if the windows and the pop top were done in black -- timeless and elegant.
The grey framed windows and all that light spandrel really cheapens the look of the building.

Couldn't agree with this more. From inside it would have been dramatic and timeless as well within the units. oh well, CF isn't known for their design acumen.

Just past the elevator lobby there are some nice owners spaces and access to parking.
