Do you guys think they will paint the underside of the balconies? They don't look that bad from far but the third picture makes them stick out like a sore thumb.

Nice building overall!

I doubt its going to bare concrete,there will be a coating of some sort.I agree this is a skinny condo.The condo looks really nice though,at first I though it would look like a monolith but with the windows almost done (probably end of Jan 2010) the shape is really appealing.
